I have exactly 8 minutes left of my lunch break, so this will be quick!  Using leftover shrimp, I give you yet another Mexican fiesta!

  1. 2 tostadas
  2. 3 oz. grilled garlic shrimp
  3. 1 oz. chopped orange pepper
  4. 1 oz. red cabbage
  5. 2 oz. lettuce
  6. 1 oz. corn kernals
  7. 1 cup of homemade Taco Soup
  8. Mango Tea – yum!

I have really gotten into drinking tea when its chilly outside.  My new go to is Mango Green Tea.  Are you a tea drinker or only coffee?
