My co-worker asked me yesterday “did you see Kath’s guest post today?”  I hadn’t, but when I clicked on it I saw Alison’s spicy oats and I knew IMMEDIATELY that it was going to be my breakfast this morning.  I stayed pretty true to her recipe, with a couple of exceptions.

And while I am a TABASCO girl, that doesn’t mean I don’t have 18 other hot sauces in my fridge!  The base was the same as Alison’s:

I went kind of light on the hot sauce – I actually could have added more because Frank’s doesn’t have the bite that Tabasco does.

I used all egg whites, added spinach to the egg whites, and put 1/2 ounce of shredded cheddar on top – and then finished it off with my Tabasco. 😀

So its day one of my 2 week challenge and I slept in!   I am going to ask my co-worker if she wants to walk at lunch today instead of doing the shred tape because its a GORGEOUS day out today.  If we walk for 45 minutes and since I am walking during lunch, I’ll earn 50 points!
