I think my cough is just about gone, I have only coughed twice this whole morning.  I am going to try to work out at lunch today – fingers crossed it will be okay!

Starting off the week with a clean fridge.  I am proud to say that I did this by myself, using my daughters method.  Condiments are aligned in rows, from tallest to shortest, that way you can see everything in the fridge at a glance.

So I finally found Chobani yogurt – the only flavor they had was honey, and while the carb count is significantly higher than the 0% Fage, I still got it.   I like it, but it doesn’t seem as thick as Fage, so I probably won’t get it again:
