I had a late entry, so Hannah will decide who the winner is when she gets home from school today!   Also, if I have not included someone, please let me know!

So I lost .8 pounds last week to bring me to an even 163 pounds.   I’ll take it!  But can someone please light a fire under my a$$ to workout more!  Thanks!

Breakfast was 1 english muffin, 1/2 cup egg whites (so cheap at Trader Joe’s $2.19 a container!), spinach and once ounce of the shredded pesto cheese. 

389 calories, 11 fat and 48 carbs
