What a miserable drive in this morning – its raining hard and people are driving as if they have never driven in rain before. As the temperature drops, it will turn to snow and in my neck of the woods it could be six inches of snow by tomorrow morning. Yuck!
On a happy note, I got to work and found this on my desk!
I made a mini breakfast bagel using Trader Joe’s whole wheat mini bagels, I like them but they sometimes taste kind of sweet to me. With a double yolk egg, 1 ounce deli ham and 1/2 ounce swiss. And half of a honeycrisp apple with a teaspoon of sunflower butter.
Break is over – see you at lunch!

We’ve got sloshy rain/snow here, too. Such depressing weather.. always makes me think of Winnie the Pooh’s “blustery” day.
I love your snowman pic on the top of the page. You should see people in California try to drive in the rain! It only rains here for 2-3 months of the year and they all seem to forget what rain does to the roads!
That snowman is ridiculously cute! People around here apparently forget how to drive in snow/rain too. It made getting into work today a nightmare!
I’ll have to keep an eye out for sunflower butter, it sounds like something I would love!
I LOVE the sunflower butter – its not as strong as peanut butter, a lot milder in flavor, and a little goes a long way. Yum!
