We had such a late lunch that we ended up not eating dinner until almost 8:30!  I saw a recipe for open face burgers with horseradish sauce and thought it would be good and quick.  Tony doesn’t like horseradish, so I left that off of his.  My sauce was 2 tablespoons fat free sour cream mixed with 1 teaspoon of horseradish (this is strong, so beware!)

ground sirloin was on sale for 1.99 yesterday! Seasoned with salt, pepper and worchestershire sauce

I made garlic bread for the base using Smart Balance 50/50 spread:

Each burger weighed in at 4 ounces with .75 ounce swiss cheese.  Here is Tony’s (I don’t like sliced tomatoes!)

My mom is going to be over this afternoon to go to Hannh’s final Fall Follies performance – the big fall musical extravaganza at the high school, then she is going to stay for dinner.  So I am off to make breakfast, straighten up a bit and then read the Sunday Paper.  Hope everyone is having a good weekend so far!
