Eclectic Lunch

I didn’t plan my lunch very well today!  I knew I had tomato soup in the fridge and carrots and cucumber, but when I put that in calorieking, it was only like 200 calories – not enough! 

So I had my leftover bean burrito in the fridge, and cut off about a 2 ounce slice and warmed that up.  I also added ranch dressing for my veggie dip:

And yet another Diet Dr. Pepper – my favorite pop!  I’ve gone a month without drinking them, but this is my third one this week!  But oh so good!

Lunch all together is 415 calories, 14 fat, 6 fiber, 59 carbs, 15 protein

I ran an errand at lunch today in preparation for Halloween, so no lunch work out today.   :(

  4. I’m with Meghann, the burrito was a gread addition! I have been drinking soda 1 x per week for probably six months now! I think it makes my belly feel healthier!
