I didn’t plan my lunch very well today! I knew I had tomato soup in the fridge and carrots and cucumber, but when I put that in calorieking, it was only like 200 calories – not enough!
So I had my leftover bean burrito in the fridge, and cut off about a 2 ounce slice and warmed that up. I also added ranch dressing for my veggie dip:

And yet another Diet Dr. Pepper – my favorite pop! I’ve gone a month without drinking them, but this is my third one this week! But oh so good!
I ran an errand at lunch today in preparation for Halloween, so no lunch work out today.
