There were actual snow flurries on my drive home from work tonight – what’s up with that?!  Although, its typical to be cold for Halloween!  It was 38 degrees when I got in the car, and its supposed to get down to the upper 20’s tonight.  Okay, I know I like fall and cold weather, but this is a bit too much too soon!

It was groundhog day dinner again tonight, as Tony is out of town.  Plus, I bought a bunch of ground beef, so I think we’ll see more uses of ground beef this week.  Last night was burgers, tonight tacos, maybe spaghetti and meatballs tomorrow?

And thanks to my mom for her banana peppers from her garden – yum!

I am off to make more Christmas biscotti for Tony.  I thought I would add more nuts, since I had cashews and macadamia nuts.  Tony’s response: “it’s already perfect don’t change a thing!”

Thanks again to Gina at www.fitnessista.com for this past weeks secret ingredient contest.  Can’t wait to see what http://itzyskitchen.blogspot.com/ has picked for this weeks secret ingredient!

See you at breakfast!
