I have noticed lately that I am not drinking enough water.  I used to have this on my desk at work all the time, and I would make myself take 5 gulps every time I picked it up.  But the only problem is that when it gets down to the bottom, it becomes top heavy and falls over!  Nice to fit in the car, but not on a desk!

But I decided to bring it out and try to be more careful – I definitely drink more when its out – it holds 34 ounces.  But the best part is that it doesn’t sweat AT ALL!  Nice.

I decided to not work out and let my sore muscle get some rest.  I did a lot of moving of boxes at work, and I’ll probably end up taking Ed on a walk tonight after dinner.

LUNCH:

  • homemade red lentil chili (next to last one!)
  • spinach and carrot salad with Annie’s goddess dressing
  • .5 ounces tortilla chips (for dippin in chili with Tabasco!)
  • 1 small Asian pear tossed in splenda and cinnamon for dessert

It’s Party Pizza Friday again at my house!  And I have about 770 calories to spare – sweet!
