I couldn’t post lunch earlier today since I spent my lunch at the dentist.   I know, I should floss!   He even gave me PRESCRIPTION mouth wash to use.  I ate soup and my teeth were very sensitive to it.

  • pickled jalapenos
  • mustard (lots!)
